It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

Hello friends!  Hope you're having a great week!  Can you say "goodbye November and hello December"…  Thanksgiving has come and gone, I cooked for an army, got to spend time with  precious family, friends and created wonderful memories.  I hold this time of year near and dear to my heart, it's always so special.
I really enjoy creating handmade gifts and cards for special loved ones and friends.  I've made three very different cards to share with you today.  This first card is done with Metallic Kraft Core Cardstock, a Merry Christmas Texture Fade and some new Tim Holtz punches.
Metallics are always so hard to photograph.  In person this card card has a wonderful brushed gold appearance with areas of silver and kraft, after the treatment I gave it.  A gorgeous vintage feel!
The second card was done with very untraditional colors, but I really like how it turned out!  I used a combination of stencils, Transparent Matte Texture Paste and some embossing powders.
More Tim Holtz dies and punches paired with Distress Inks.
Love all the great texture!!!

The last card I'm sharing today is full of sparkle!
I stamped the word "joy" and heat embossed with sticky embossing powder, then sprinkled distress glitter dust.  It definitely has the wow factor in person!  I dry embossed with the Sparkle Texture Fade using an oval diffuser.  I love the little boxwood twine wreath I made to hang from the bow.

This fun trio of Christmas Cards are design team projects for Inspiration Emporium.  I hope you can stop by and take a peek at all the great inspiration my team mates have created over at the Inspiration Journal!  You can find most of the supplies I used at Inspiration Emporium, Ranger and Sizzix via the links below.  Remember to use my coupon code - vintagemuse - to save 10% on your order at Inspiration Emporium.  That wraps it up for me, I hope you enjoyed todays projects!  As always thanks for stopping by and I'll see you next time!
